Every spring, on the shores of Lake St. Clair, in southwestern Ontario, blooms the Fleur de Roy peony. As an artisan horticulturist since 2017, Fleur de Roy is dedicated to the cultivation of peony cut flowers and the preservation of agricultural heritage.
